Q. What chain are you affiliated with?
A. We are proud to be independently owned and operated, with a local staff of hospitality professionals dedicated to making your visit as enjoyable as possible.
Q. What is Stash Hotel Rewards and why should guests of Buena Vista Suites become members?
A. Buena Vista Suites is now part of Stash Hotel Rewards, a new hotel rewards program for authentic, independently-run hotels. As a member you can earn and redeem points for free nights at one-of-a-kind hotels across the U.S., including some of the best spas in Napa, upscale resorts in the Rockies and Florida, and boutique gems in New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington D.C. Q. How many points do Stash Reward members earn per stay?
A. You always earn five Stash Points for every dollar you spend on eligible room rates. For example, a two-night stay at a $150 room rate will earn you 1,500 points (5 pts x 150 dollars x 2 nights), while a three-night stay at a $200 room rate will earn you 3,000 points (5 pts x 200 dollars x 3 nights).
Q. Is there a charge for High-Speed Internet Access?
A. The prevailing rate for High Speed Internet Access is $8.99 per day (per 24 hour period). The hotel now offers wireless internet service in all guestrooms and public areas. The same daily fee applies.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If your plans change, we are happy to accept your cancellation with 72 hours notice at no additional charge.
Q. Does the Buena Vista Suites Hotel allow pets?
A. As of August 1, 2008, Buena Vista Suites discontinued its pet policy. Pets are no longer be permitted in guest suites or on hotel grounds.
Q. Is there a minimum age that a guest needs to be in order to check in?
A. Yes, the minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Additionally, any guest under the age of 21 must provide a valid credit card in order to check-in. This includes all 3rd party reservations in which the guest is responsible for incidentals only. Any cash paying guest under the age of 21 will also be required to provide a valid credit card for incidentals in order to check-in.
Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?
A. Buena Vista Suites's check-in time is 3pm and the check-out time is 11am.
Q. Do you offer Baggage Check-in and print Boarding Passes?
A. Check your luggage early at our remote airport check-in location (at Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores). *COMPLIMENTARY* roundtrip transportation to check-in location. Get your boarding passes too! Q. Are there laundry facilities available at the hotel?
A. There are coin-operated guest laundry rooms on the first and fourth floors of the hotel. They are open 24 hours and accessible using your guest room key. Detergent vending machines are also available.
Q. Is there an exercise or fitness room available at the hotel?
A. There is a fitness room available 24 hours a day and accessible using your guest room key.
Q. Is there a Business Center?
A. In the main lobby there is a pay-as-you-go Business Center featuring internet access and printer capabilities.

Q. Do you offer any packages with passes to Orlando Attractions?
A. Yes, we feature 4 night and 5 night packages that include Disney attraction tickets. Additional Orlando attraction tickets available for a la carte purchase at the Guest Services Desk.
Q. What are your restaurant options outside of the hotel?
A. We are located a mile and a half from Disney property offering a multitude of restaurants and we are a short five minute drive from Crossroads which has TGIFriday’s, Olive Garden, Chevy’s, Red Lobster, and more!

Q. Do you provide transportation to/from the airport? or AmTrak Station?
A. While we do not provide complimentary shuttle service, Guest Services will be happy to arrange for a taxi or limo to take you to and from the airport or train station.
Q. Do you have transportation to the local theme parks?
A. We offer scheduled *COMPLIMENTARY* transportation to all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Downtown Disney® area; click here to view current shuttle schedule. Transportation is available to the other theme parks for a minimal fee. Please vist our Guest Services desk for arrangements.
Q. Do you have transportation to the malls?
A. We offer *COMPLIMENTARY* daily shuttle schedule service to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and Orlando Premium Outlets - Vineland Ave. The service is available as scheduled, on a first come, first served basis. Please visit our Guest Services desk for information. While at the outlets, you can also catch the I-Ride Trolley and visit Pointe Orlando and the numerous shops and restaurants along the I-Drive corridor. Single fare is $1.25 per ride, senior citizen fare is $0.25 per ride (exact change is required) or you can purchase various day passes: one day pass $4.00 per person, three day pass $6.00 per person (passes not sold on Trolleys).
