Main Reception Building
There is also a 6,400 sq. ft. ballroom and two breakout rooms and an executive boardroom located in the main reception building. All together, the Reception Building and the Grand Caribe Convention Center features over 150,000 sq. ft. of meeting and pre-function space.
Executive Suites
(4) One Bedroom Executive Suites
Each Hospitality Suite measures 1,054 sq. ft. and has one (1) king size bed in the bedroom and one (1) full size sofa-bed located in the living room. Each Hospitality Suite is additionally equipped with a separate meeting area, a boardroom table that seats ten (10), a credenza, and a separate work desk located in the bedroom. Perfect for hospitality receptions, small meetings and VIPs.
(2) Two Bedroom Executive Suites
Each Executive Suite measures 1,054 sq. ft. and has one (1) king size bed in the master bedroom, two (2) queen size beds in the second bedroom and one (1) queen size sofa-bed located in the living room. Each Executive Suite is additionally equipped with two (2) bathrooms, a separate living room, and a separate dining room with a dining table that seats six (6). All other amenities are the same as those found in our standard Double Queen or standard King Suites. Perfect for hospitality receptions, small meetings and VIPs.
Villas

Each Villa measures 1,260 sq. ft. and has one (1) king size bed in the master bedroom, two (2) queen size beds in the second bedroom and one (1) full size sofa-bed located in the living room. Each Villa is equipped with three (3) color televisions with (49) cable channels in high definition format, two (2) bathrooms, two (2) telephone lines with data ports, a screened-in balcony, a whirlpool bath, a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, CD/cassette stereo player, video cassette player, hair dryer, in-room safe (fee), full size iron and ironing board and ceiling fans throughout. Perfect for small meetings.
