Our main meeting room received a complete renovation including new carpet, wall coverings, airwalls, light fixtures and granite countertops in coffee break service areas. We hope you will stop by to experience the newly redesigned space.

Buena Vista Suites has a 1,720 square foot meeting room ideally suited for a conference or banquet for up to 100 people. And for smaller VIP business meetings, the Executive Boardroom offers spacious comfort in a private setting. Together, these meeting rooms are also available to serve as overflow space for larger events held at the Caribe Royale hotel. Buena Vista Suites also provides a relaxed setting for after hour conference center gatherings, including poolside receptions at the Valencia Room and drinks and light fare at Bambooz.
